3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, lawful access to relevant systems, required credentials, content, policies and other resources reasonably needed to perform the agreed service.
Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions, regulatory obligations, customer commitments, safety procedures and legal compliance unless a responsibility is expressly assigned to Rapid Linker in writing.
4. Fees, Payments and Billing
Service fees, payment schedules and billing terms are determined by the applicable quotation, invoice or written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, payments are due according to the terms provided at the time of purchase or engagement.
Where work has already started, resources have been committed or third-party costs have been incurred, amounts paid may be subject to the Rapid Linker Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific terms of the engagement.
5. Results and Service Limitations
Rapid Linker does not guarantee search rankings, advertising performance, sales volume, customer conversions, uninterrupted website availability, security outcomes or any other result that depends on external platforms, algorithms, customer behaviour, market conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Remote CCTV monitoring supports observation and agreed escalation workflows. It does not replace emergency services, law enforcement, on-site guards, alarm systems or the client’s own security and safety responsibilities.
6. Intellectual Property
The Rapid Linker name, website, branding, original website content, internal systems and other materials owned by Rapid Linkers LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Ownership and permitted use of client-specific deliverables may depend on the applicable service agreement, payment status and any third-party licensing terms associated with software, themes, plugins, images, platforms or other materials.
7. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Some services may depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, search engines, advertising networks, eCommerce platforms, communication systems or other technology providers.
Rapid Linker is not responsible for changes, restrictions, outages, account decisions, pricing changes, policy enforcement or other actions taken independently by third-party providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rapid Linkers LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
